I don’t know if it’s the owner or manager or neither that took care of me lol, but either way the man who helped me out fixing my xboz controller was very nice and thorough. He explained everything to me with a smile, and when he told me my battery was broken and would be an expensive fix - he suggested a completely free alternative instead of trying to upsale me as most tech repair shops do. Overall service was amazing and my controller works beautifully.

Franz was super friendly and helped me out with figuring our the issues with the tv. Was patient about waiting to see what I wanted to do with the tv (because I am indecisive). If I have anything else break, this will be the first place I think to go!
